New look for a New year!

Jodee Schrlau

Happy New Year!

I believe 2017 will be our best year yet!

To start it off fresh, I've redesigned my logo and freshened up my website, and starting  31 Days of Delight-(read more about this further down).  The colors are brighter and it reflects what I'm doing better. It still a work in progress so, let me what you think of the new look. I'd love to hear your thoughts.  I also included a humming bird.  The Father sent a humming bird to visit me on my birthday a couple years ago.  It flew to a seeming dead clematis flower(no nectar there), then to a turtle head flower,(kinda closed up and tight to get much there), then to a hosta flower(finally he's found some, I sighed).  He then flew upward and I realized the whole tree was full of humming birds! I watched in awe for a moment before I ran in to get my camera, but when I came back out, they were already gone.

As I sat there in amazement at what had just happened, I heard in my spirit--"I am drawing nectar from the seemingly dead places in your life, the placed you've closed up and the obvious places and will use it to propel you forward into my plans."   Romans 8:28 says it this way:

"We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God-those whom he has called according to his plan."   God's Word Translation

Wow, that was the best birthday present I have ever gotten.  And because of Romans 8:28, you get to share my present!  God is working in your life even when you don't see him.

. To start the year, I will be focusing on delighting the Lord and basking in how he delights in me.  I am inviting you to join with me in 31 Days of Delight.  I've prepared a free printable for every day you can download and print.  It contains a scripture for the day, a delightful challenge, and space for you to journal your revelations and experience.  I hope it will be a blessing to you.  Here are some definitions of the word delight to get you started.
