Taste and See that the Lord is Good pt 1

Psalms 34 1 I will extol the Lord at all times;     his praise will always be on my lips. 2 I will glory in the Lord;     let the afflicted hear and rejoice. 3 Glorify the Lord with me;     let us exalt his name together. 4 I sought the Lord, and he answered me;     he delivered me from all my fears. 5 Those who look to him are radiant;     their faces are never covered with shame. 6 This poor man called, and the Lord heard him;     he saved him out of all his troubles. 7 The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him,     and he...

God Keeps His Promises

As I was leaving a prayer meeting the other night, I was greeted with a view of a beautiful sky.   I looked a little closer, and there is was, a rainbow.  I could see both sides, but top was covered by clouds. This morning, as I sit on my porch with my coffee, I am drawn to the bird house under the eves of our shed.   I watch two birds going in and out of it, feeding their babies I suppose.    One would fly off, come back with a worm, then the other one would go out.  Next my eye caught the sight of a bunny and I watch as a long stem of grass disappears, bit by bit, as he eats it.  After he hopped off, a squirrel stops by. I watch as he eats his breakfast of a maple seed...

He knows MY name!

He knows MY name!

“A person’s name is to that person the sweetest, most important sound in any language.”                                                                                                                   Dale Carnegie   The other day, I was watching a show where a Queen was in a reception line. When a person would be approaching to greet her, an...
